The Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice, at its thirty-ninth session, invited the secretariats of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the International Maritime Organization (IMO) to continue to report, at its future sessions, on relevant work in relation to addressing emissions from fuel used for international aviation and maritime transport. 2. The secretariat has received submissions from ICAO and IMO containing information on emissions from fuel used for international aviation and maritime transport. In accordance with the procedure for miscellaneous documents, these submissions are attached and reproduced* in the language in which they were received and without formal editing
