The SBI and the SBSTA invited the CMA to take note of the exchanges of views and written inputs by Parties under these agenda items at these sessions, including Party views on the 2024 and 2025 annual summary reports on the dialogues, and invited the CMA to take into account the views and submissions of Parties in the next iteration of the informal note.

Substantive consultations on Article 9, paragraph 1, of the Paris Agreement to consider substantive elements regarding the implementation of Article 9, paragraph 1, were conducted and the Chairs took stock of progress on these consultations at SB 62.
The Chairs reported back on the outcomes of the consultations at the Opening Plenary. As requested, the Chairs will report back again during the session. Notification of the time of the additional report back will be provided to Parties in advance, once a time has been identified in the schedule.
