On 5 April 2011 the secretariat received one submission from a group of Parties containing views related to the provisional agenda to be adopted by the Ad Hoc Working Group on Long-term Cooperative Action under the Convention at its fourteenth session. The secretariat was requested to issue a conference room paper containing this submission.
