Abstract
The Conference of the Parties, at its tenth session, requested the secretariat (FCCC/CP/2004/10, para. 131) to report to the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice, at its twenty-second session, on its participation in the 10-year review of progress in the implementation of the Barbados Programme of Action for Small Island Developing States.
